According to the Head of the Cipularang PJR Main Office, Police Commissioner Joko Prihantono, the accident involved various types of vehicles, ranging from private cars to heavy trucks, including a Toyota Kayla, Avanza, HR-V, two Innovas, a HiAce, a Honda Jazz, a Fuso truck, and a box truck.
The deceased was the Honda Jazz driver, Hery Cristianto, from Kalideres, West Jakarta. The Pati Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) estimates the losses from the PT Dua Kelinci warehouse fire on Monday night (December 1, 2025) at approximately Rp 25 billion. The Head of Pati Satpol PP, Tri Wijanarko, stated that the two warehouses and their contents were completely destroyed by the fire. Initial suspicions point to an electrical short circuit in the finished goods warehouse, before the fire spread to the raw materials warehouse.
The Pati Police and the National Police Headquarters Forensic Laboratory Team are still investigating the exact cause. The firefighting process took nearly 10 hours because the location contained flammable materials and affected 20 percent of the factory complex. More than 40 firefighting units were deployed, assisted by the National Police, the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), and private companies. As a result, the employee was thrown and hit by falling construction materials, while two customers who were drinking coffee were also injured. The total number of injured was three. Firefighters deployed four fire trucks. All victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.

According to the captain, the ship had docked at Kuala Tanjung Harbor but was struck by large waves, sweeping it away and nearly sinking.
