According to Bogor Police Head of Traffic Unit AKP Rizky Guntama, the accident started when the fuso truck was driving from Cileungsi towards Jonggol. Unexpectedly, the truck hit a Toyota Calya car with plate number B-1353-RKO which was in front of it.

A terrible tragedy occurred in Honduran waters! A light plane crashed into the sea shortly after taking off from Roatan Island on Monday evening (17/3/2025). This incident killed 12 people, including the famous Honduran musician, Aurelio Martinez Suazo.

The plane crashed only 1 km from the beach

The Jetstream plane belonging to local airline Lanhsa was carrying 15 passengers and three crew members, bound for La Ceiba Airport on mainland Honduras. However, shortly after leaving the runway, the plane suddenly made a sharp turn to the right and crashed into the sea!

Rescuers found the wreckage about one kilometer from the coast of Roatan Island. To date, 12 people have been reported dead, five others have survived, while one person is still listed as missing.

Foreigner Victim and Famous Musician Died on the Spot!

According to a flight manifest leaked to local media, the plane’s passengers included a United States citizen, a French citizen and two minors.

One of the most high-profile deaths was musician Aurelio Martinez Suazo, a well-known member of the Garifuna music community. His tragic passing rocked the Honduran music scene.

Meanwhile, a 40-year-old French survivor suffered serious injuries and will soon be evacuated to a hospital in San Pedro Sula.

Cause of Accident? Suspected Engine Failure!

Honduran civil aviation authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash. However, initial suspicions stated that the plane experienced engine failure before finally falling into the sea.

“The plane appeared to make a sharp turn to the right before losing control and crashing into the water,” said Honduran aviation official Carlos Padilla.

Meanwhile, Roatan Fire Department Captain Franklin Borjas confirmed that the incident occurred just moments after the plane took off.

Warteg in South Tangerang Burns, 8 Year Old Boy Dies Trapped in Fire

A major fire broke out at a warteg on Jalan Raya Serpong, South Tangerang, on Tuesday (18/3/2025) at midnight. In this tragic incident, an 8 year old boy with the initials A died horribly after being trapped in the flames.

Fire breaks out from the second floor, residents panic!

According to the South Tangerang Fire Brigade (Danton) Platoon Commander, Sahroni, the fire occurred at around 23.43 WIB. A resident named Budi who was near the location smelled smoke and saw fire burning from the second floor of the warteg.

At that time, three residents of the warteg, N (55), S (42), and SS (14), looked panicked and were trapped on the second floor. They were forced to jump to save themselves, while Budi tried to catch them.

However, amidst the panic, one of the victims shouted that there was still a small child trapped inside!

Rescue Effort Failed, Poor Boy Died on the Spot!

Realizing there were other victims, Budi tried to break down the door on the first floor, but the fire was too big. He also asked local residents and gas station employees to immediately contact the fire department.

The South Tangerang City Fire and Rescue Team deployed three fire engines and 15 personnel to the location. After around 37 minutes of fighting with the fire, the fire was finally extinguished at 00.20 WIB.

Unfortunately, the 8 year old boy’s life could not be saved. His body was found in a terrible condition and immediately taken to the Tangerang District Hospital.

The cause of the fire is suspected to be an electrical short circuit

Based on initial information, the fire is thought to have been triggered by an electrical short circuit originating from the second floor of the warteg. Until now, the amount of losses cannot be ascertained because the survivors are still in a state of shock and are undergoing treatment at the North Serpong Regional Hospital.

This incident is a warning for all parties to be more alert to the risk of fire due to electrical short circuits. Hopefully the victim’s family will be given courage for the tragedy that occurred.

Chemical factory in Serang explodes before breaking the fast, residents panic and electricity goes out

The atmosphere for breaking the fast in Puloampel District, Serang Regency, suddenly turned tense after one of the PT Sulfindo Adiusaha Chemical Factory plants experienced a fire on Saturday (15/3/2025) evening. This incident began with a loud explosion that shocked local residents.

Big Explosion Before Fire!

According to a resident, Salimudin, before the fire engulfed the factory area, a very loud explosion was heard, causing local residents to panic.

“There was an explosion earlier, when we were about to break the fast. What caught fire was in the boiler area. Black smoke rose so high that it could be seen from afar,” said Salimudin to reporters.

As a result of this incident, electricity was cut off around residential areas, adding to tension at the scene.

Officers Move Quickly, Fire Successfully Extinguished!

Even though it caused concern, the fire did not burn for long. The fire brigade team that immediately arrived at the location managed to control the situation before the fire spread.

“Several fire engines arrived immediately, so the fire could be extinguished quickly,” added Salimudin, who is familiarly called Kang Salim.

However, residents are still worried about the possible impact of radiation or dangerous chemicals that could affect their health.

The factory is still silent!

Until this news was written, the management of PT Sulfindo Adiusaha had not provided official information regarding the cause of the fire or its impact on the surrounding environment.

Residents hope that incidents like this will not happen again, considering that chemical factories should have extra strict security systems to prevent dangerous accidents.

“We are afraid of the impact, especially since this is a chemical factory. Security must be stricter, so that incidents like this don’t happen again!” concluded Kang Salim.
