400;\">\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u5370\u5c3c\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u96aa\u9762\u81e8\u56b4\u5cfb\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff1a\u4fdd\u8cbb\u98c6\u5347\u3001\u7406\u8ce0\u5931\u63a7\u3001\u91ab\u9662\u8207\u4fdd\u96aa\u516c\u53f8\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u885d\u7a81\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u4f01\u696d\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\uff09\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u6027\u3002 POJK 36\/2025 \u865f\u6cd5\u4ee4\u6b63\u662f\u91dd\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u554f\u984c\u800c\u88fd\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u5b83\u5c07\u6cbb\u7406\u3001\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u4fdd\u8b77\u4f5c\u70ba\u95dc\u9375\u652f\u67f1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u91cd\u5927\u8b8a\u9769\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u554f\u984c\u8b8a\u5f97\u7279\u5225\u91cd\u8981\uff1a\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u4fdd\u96aa\u7d93\u7d00\u6a21\u5f0f\u662f\u5426\u4ecd\u7136\u9069\u7528\uff1f\u7b54\u6848\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u6e05\u6670\uff1a\u4e0d\u9069\u7528\u3002\u9019\u4efd\u300a\u4fdd\u96aa\u653f\u7b56\u8072\u660e\u300b\uff08POJK\uff09\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u5f37\u8abf\u4e86\u4fdd\u96aa\u7d93\u7d00\u4eba\u4f5c\u70ba\u98a8\u96aa\u9867\u554f\u548c\u91ab\u7642\u751f\u614b\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c0e\u822a\u8005\u7684\u65b0\u89d2\u8272\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">POJK 36\/2025 \u7684\u7cbe\u9ad3\uff1a\u5f9e\u98a8\u96aa\u8f49\u79fb\u5230\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">POJK 36\/2025 \u6a19\u8a8c\u8457\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u96aa\u9818\u57df\u7684\u6839\u672c\u7bc4\u5f0f\u8f49\u79fb\u3002\u8a72\u6cd5\u898f\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u96aa\u4e0d\u61c9\u518d\u50c5\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u7406\u8ce0\u652f\u4ed8\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u800c\u61c9\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u7d9c\u5408\u6027\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u95dc\u9375\u539f\u5247\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u52a0\u5f37\u6cbb\u7406\u548c\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4fdd\u96aa\u516c\u53f8\u5fc5\u9808\u5177\u5099\u91ab\u7642\u80fd\u529b\u3001\u6578\u4f4d\u5316\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u8a2d\u7acb\u91ab\u7642\u9867\u554f\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08DPM\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u91ab\u7642\u4f7f\u7528\u7387\u5be9\u67e5\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u6bcf\u4e00\u9805\u7406\u8ce0\u548c\u91ab\u7642\u7a0b\u5e8f\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u6839\u64da\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u54c1\u8cea\u548c\u6548\u7387\u9032\u884c\u8a55\u4f30\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u50f9\u4fdd\u8cbb\u7684\u9650\u5236<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4fdd\u8cbb\u8abf\u6574\u4e0d\u5f97\u96a8\u610f\u9032\u884c\u3002\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u50f9\u6bcf\u5e74\u6700\u591a\u53ea\u80fd\u9032\u884c\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5fc5\u9808\u63d0\u4f9b\u900f\u660e\u7684\u89e3\u91cb\u4ee5\u53ca\u70ba\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li 400;\">\u4e0d\u5f37\u5236\u5206\u64d4\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u53ef\u4f9b\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u800c\u8a2d\u6709\u5171\u540c\u652f\u4ed8\u984d\u548c\u514d\u8ce0\u984d\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u5247\u53d7\u5230\u56b4\u683c\u9650\u5236\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u5c07\u904e\u591a\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u8f49\u79fb\u7d66\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li 400;\">\u79c1\u4eba\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u96aa\u5fc5\u9808\u8207\u570b\u5bb6\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u96aa\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff08BPJS\uff09\u7d50\u5408\u3001\u76f8\u4e92\u88dc\u5145\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u7368\u7acb\u904b\u4f5c\u800c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5354\u8abf\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8a72\u6cd5\u898f\u6574\u9ad4\u4e0a\u9f13\u52f5\u5efa\u7acb\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u96aa\u751f\u614b\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u50c5\u50c5\u4f9d\u9760\u63d0\u9ad8\u4fdd\u8cbb\u4f5c\u70ba\u552f\u4e00\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u4fdd\u96aa\u7d93\u7d00\u4eba\u6a21\u5f0f\u5df2\u7d93\u904e\u6642\u4e86<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span \u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u8072\u8b7d\u5f8c\u679c\u3002\u4e0d\u4e86\u89e3\u76f8\u95dc\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u7d93\u7d00\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c07\u5ba2\u6236\u5f15\u5165\u4e0d\u5408\u898f\u7684\u9805\u76ee\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u672a\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\u5ba2\u6236\u671f\u671b<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: style=\"font-weight: 400;\">POJK 36\/2025 \u865f\u6cd5\u4ee4\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u8981\u6c42\u4fdd\u96aa\u7d93\u7d00\u4eba\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u767c\u751f\u8f49\u8b8a\u3002\u73fe\u4ee3\u7d93\u7d00\u4eba\u4e0d\u518d\u53ea\u662f\u4e2d\u4ecb\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5177\u6709\u7b56\u7565\u8077\u80fd\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u98a8\u96aa\u9867\u554f\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8077\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>
