Rainfall that night had reached 180 mm\u2014an extreme level. Retaining walls had been installed on some of the hillsides, but the water-saturated soil made everything unstable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suddenly, the tilt sensor on Tower 17 sent out an alarm:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFoundation Movement Detected \u2013 Level 3\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fauzan immediately contacted the field patrol team, but the signal was unstable due to the storm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Five minutes later, CCTV showed blurry footage\u2014Tower 17 tilted.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then a long roar was heard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DUUARRRRR!!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The entire tower&#8217;s foundations were swept away by a landslide that slid down a 60-meter cliff.
